J.Glenn Performance is a state of the art training experience. My specialties include strength and conditioning, sport performance training, and functional weight training. The passion and drive I have for the field pushes me to do what I do at a high level and get the most out of each and every client.

Each training session is an opportunity for you to embrace a new challenge. Through countless exercises, proper technique, and endless workout equipment, you will be pushed to your max and awake a new version of yourself that sets you different from the rest.
Offered Services
1 on 1 Training
1 on 1 sessions are private, hands on training sessions, that are 1 hour long. Training includes weight lifting, cardio, and body weight exercises. Pricing will be determined based off however many days a week is chosen.
Group Training
Group sessions are offered with up to 4 people per group. Everyone in the group has to book for the same exact time and pricing will be determined based off however many days a week is chosen by the group. Sessions are 1 hour long.
Virtual Training
Virtual training sessions will consist of a 50-minute virtual session via zoom or facetime. Sessions will be conducted based on the equipment and space you provide me with prior to starting the sessions. Pricing will be determined based off however many days a week is chosen.
Written Programs
These are 4 week, individualized training programs, written out and sent to you based on your training needs / wants. I will check in with you weekly to answer any questions and track your success on the program. Each exercise will come equipped with a video link that shows you how to do the exercise.
Nutritional Guides
Nutritional guides are provided to give you insight and suggestions on the types of foods you should be consuming, how much hydration you need, and different supplements you can try if you choose to do so. Recovery support and suggestions are also included. These are given to you on the day of your first session.
Consultations
Consultations are an hour long which will include a 30 min detailed conversation to discuss goals, questions, or concerns related to training with Epitome Performance. A lifestyle questionnaire attached with a purchase agreement will be sent home with you and need to be returned on the first day of training. The next 30 mins will be used for a fitness assessment to get a starting point for the training, to assess any muscle imbalances and movement abilities, and to gauge your work capacity.
